Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
Simply visit the Marston and Langinger paint website (www.marstonandlangingerpaint.com), select your desired paint colour, choose the finish you require, choose the size of tin you require, select the quantity you require and add to cart.
Enter your address and contact details, make payment and order.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
All Marston and Langinger paint is made to order, therefore we cannot accept any product changes once an order has been placed. We can accept changes to a delivery address but this request must be made asap via telephone.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can simply checkout as a guest.
How Do I Track My Order?
All orders are fully trackable via the UPS website. UPS will send you an email or SMS when your order has been processed and shipped.
How Can I Return a Product?
Private United Kingdom customers have certain cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (the Regulations). Fenwick & Tilbrook Ltd (“the vendor”) offers the following returns policy:
(a) Returns of unopened items are accepted within 28 days from date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.
(b) Any customer wishing to exercise this right must notify the vendor at either of the following: in writing to Fenwick & Tilbrook Ltd, 2 Nelson House, Back Street, Reepham, Norfolk NR10 4SJ or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
(c) As a further condition of the right to return customers must also arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition to the address referred to in (b) above as soon as possible. If the vendor pays the return cost, then this will be deducted from any refund. The goods will be deemed returned when actually received by the vendor at the said address.
(d) Pending the return of the goods they must be kept in good condition.
(e) Customers shall be entitled to a full refund (less any charges referred to in (c) above) on full compliance with the foregoing.
(f) Any paint mixed to customers’ colour specifications or clearly personalised in any way are excluded from the right to cancel.
Where goods delivered by the vendor are received by the customer damaged, the vendor must be notified within 24 hours of delivery in order for replacement goods to be re-sent free of charge. No such claims will be accepted after 24 hours have elapsed.
